At HYPEIN, each Spoiler Shelf is handcrafted in small batches with precision and care. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
✅ 7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Eligible for return if:
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Significant quality issue upon delivery
Not eligible for return if:
- Product has been used, installed or modified
- Damage caused during installation
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor finish variations — each piece is hand finished, slight variations are part of its handcrafted character, not a defect
🔄 Replacement Policy
- Damaged or defective products will be replaced for free
- Replacement ships within 3 business days of approval
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds approved within 24-48 hours of return receipt
- Amount credited back within 5-7 business days to original payment method
