At HYPEIN, each Spoiler Shelf is handcrafted in small batches with precision and care. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

✅ 7-Day Return Policy (No Exchange / No Replacement)

We do not offer exchanges or product replacements. If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved based on your unboxing video, you will need to ship the product back to the return address provided by our team.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Eligible for return if:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered

Not eligible for return if:

  • Minor finish variations — each piece is hand finished, slight variations are part of its handcrafted character, not a defect
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Product has been used, installed or modified
  • Change of mind after delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final once placed. We do not accept order cancellations.

  • Please verify your wall measurements, setup dimensions, and mounting permissions before placing an order. 

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds approved within 24-48 hours of return receipt
  • Amount credited back within 5-7 business days to original payment method
